Wheatman Planning was established in 1997, providing town planning advice drawn from Simon’s experience in local government planning departments.

 

​Since then, Simon has delivered personal, decision-led support for residential, holiday park and commercial projects across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Lincolnshire.
